Unfortunately, it seems this is becoming an issue nationwide and the country as a whole needs to find a way to address this. I read a couple of articles today about situations like this happening in Philadelphia, Chicago and a couple other places and it makes me sad for many reasons. I have no idea how we can fix this, but things just can&#39;t stay the way they are on any side.
