I alluded to this last week, but here it is.
I participated in a Julie & Julia tie-in for the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel and I'm featured in today's food section.
Check it out and let me know what you think.
I have lots of other munchies to post, including my first home-canning experience, but please soak in my 15 minutes first. And pick up a print copy if you can!
Delightful article. Never knew you were blogging either. Congratulations. The world needs more Julia. Kinda cool to see the next generation learn what she somehow made look easy. No wonder she drank so much while cooking.

ReplyDeleteHi fellow Milwaukee blogger!
ReplyDeleteFound you through the JS article - wanted to invite you to join a little group I started of Wisconsin Bloggers - we're working on planning a fall get-together!

BIG kudos to you on the Julia project. ;-)
Congrats on the article, it's fantastic.
ReplyDeleteFantastic article! Sounds like you enjoyed this experience as much as I did - and were equally exhausted at the end of it! I actually had the opposite problem choosing a recipe - I'm allergic to shellfish. So it goes with French food - so hard to choose. Congrats!
ReplyDeleteI wish I could have witnessed the prep you put into that meal, but I wouldn't have been worthy of the outcome. Let me know if you do something in the Indian food world. :) Too cool that MJS picked it up!!!
ReplyDeleteDude, that's so awesome! Congrats on the JS article and Julia project. You did a fantastic job!
